Closest to the sand.

Floor One is the ground-floor condo. Walk through the back door and you're on the sand. The floor was originally an efficiency, so the main living room has a king bed in addition to the two bedrooms. The layout sleeps a family of six comfortably.

Saltillo tile runs through the whole condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, toaster, and all the dishes and utensils for a real meal. The deck on the beach side sits under the cover of the second-floor deck above. Shaded, with a picnic table and a charcoal BBQ. The garage holds one car inside, with room for a second outside.

Floor One sits at dune level, so the Gulf views are more limited than the upper floors, but for beach lovers no other floor gets you onto the sand faster.
