Floor One opens onto the sand from the back door, with easy beach access at dune level, a covered deck with BBQ underneath the 2nd-floor deck, and a one-car garage. Floor Two has the big wooden deck and gazebo with steps down to the sand, and two-car parking out front. Floor Three has the highest views, with a small balcony overlooking the beach and full Gulf vistas from the kitchen, bedrooms, and living room.
Sunrise from the top deck with coffee in hand. Days on the sand, board games when the sun gets too high. Dinner on the gazebo with the Gulf going pink behind you. The kind of week everyone keeps photos of.
